FACTS FOR PARENTS

Facts for Parents is an annual publication containing updated information relevant to the families of San Diego Unified including rights and responsibilities as well as district, local, state, and federal policies that impact all students. A copy of the booklet can be found on the district website and linked below as a PDF version.

The Facts for Parents Universal Form needs to be completed on an annual basis as parent or guardian consent is required for media release as well as internet access. 

Please complete the form in your Parent Portal to ensure your student is able to be recognized for their work.
